I just want to give a big thanks to Tom and his son for helping me out over this past weekend. After driving down to the shore from NY for the weekend on Friday night I woke up Saturday morning to discover a had a punctured tire. After getting the spare tire put on, I called Tom on Saturday morning on the recommendation of a neighbor to see if he could either fix the tire or get me a new tire. He said the shop was not really open and that he was just catching up on some paperwork, but said I could ride over and he would look at it. He confirmed the tire was punctured and said I would need a new tire. He said he would order the tire and have it installed Monday. I called the shop late Monday morning to check the status of the car and to also ask a big favor. I had no way to get to the shop when my car was ready and asked if someone from the shop could possibly pick me up and take me to the shop as I was staying not too far away. He said they normally do not do that and with Covid going on it made it a little tricky. Tom son Tommy said as long as we practiced social distancing and wore masks, he would find a way for me to get my car. Sure enough, when my care was complete Tom called to say that he and his son would drive my car over and I could be on my way. Tom also took care of all the paperwork for the rebate that was available for the tire I purchased. Tom and his son went above and beyond in their Customer Service and I totally appreciate them getting back on the road. I would recommend anyone in the Barnegat/Waretown to area to certainly use Petty Motorworks for any car issues.
