I was referred to Petty motorworks because no one else could figure out the problem I had with my factory alarm system. (Five mechanics) They addressed the situation found a solution and also advised on some other underlying conditions. Friendly staff reasonable cost problems solved! I dropped my car off before leaving for Florida to have an oil change and get my car checked out. Tom Petty is a true professional and oversees a professional crew that performed not only an oil change but checked every part of my car including photos and comments. Most of all Tommy found a small issue with my steering that I had noticed. He confirmed what I was feeling without me asking. That is a true professional.
